Accommodation

Patients are normally assigned to a semi-private room on admission. Please notify your nurse on admission whether you have additional insurance coverage.

Placement in a private room is based on availability and could result in additional charges if the placement is based solely on a patient's request.

Internet Services

Complimentary Wi-fi is available to patients and visitors. Use the network "guest rlh". You do not need a password.

Parking

Our parking Area is open and free to the public.

Vending Machines

Vending machines are located in the Main Corridor next to the elevator. Snack items and hot or cold drinks are available for purchase.

No Smoking

The Smoke-Free Ontario Act prohibits smoking/vaping in all enclosed workplaces and enclosed public places, including outdoor government building grounds, as well as other designated places in Ontario. In accordance with this legislation; there is No Smoking/Vaping permitted anywhere on hospital grounds (applicable to tobacco, cannabis and vaping). No Fragrances

Our facility is a Scent Free Zone to help us provide a safe environment for all patients, visitors and staff. When coming to the hospital please don't use scented products such as perfume, cologne, deodorant, lotions, body sprays, hair products, aftershave and others which may cause harm or allergic reactions to others.
