The Red Lake Margaret Cochenour Memorial Hospital’s strategic priorities address the priorities identified by Ontario Health North, the Ministry of Health, and our community. Information obtained from evidence-based research, catchment population, community health profile and engagement from patients, community and staff led to the establishment of our top priorities and strategic direction. Our priorities factor in our unique northern healthcare challenges and the opportunities we have to collaborate in providing access to high-quality patient care, and positive patient experience.

The Red Lake Margaret Cochenour Memorial Hospital is an open and transparent entity, ensuring our stakeholders and members of the public are informed of how the Hospital prioritizes and delivers its strategic goals is a top priority. Red Lake Margaret Cochenour Memorial Hospital notifies the public that:
