Endoscopy & Day Surgery

A General Practice Surgeon comes from Kenora, to our Hospital once a month for two days to perform gastroscopies and colonoscopies.

The Clinic Coordinator Nurse will arrange your pre-screening after receiving a referral from your physician and our hospital staff will contact you with the details to receive a pre-scope clinic via telemedicine with the surgeon.

What to bring:

When you come to your specialty clinic appointment, make sure you have followed any special instructions for that day given at the time you made the appointment and ensure you have a safe ride from/to the hospital. Bring your health card with you.
